This programme aims to inspire emerging and existing team leaders to create an equitable work culture.
Course summary
From managing relationships at work to implementing key strategies for ensuring everyone is included, this programme investigates the value of a diverse team as well as addressing difficult subjects such as dealing with prejudiced co-workers, neurodiversity and promoting inclusivity within an organisation. Stereotypical beliefs and archaic management practices will be dissected and broken down in this unique programme which aims to shift mindsets and inspire leadership that will ensure an equitable workplace for generations to come.

overcome barriers to their advancement
■ Investigating the value of a diverse team
■ How to identify and practise equality in a work
environment.

On completion, successful learners would be able to take forward their experiences and influence colleagues and teams to promote diversity and inclusion within their
organisation. This will strengthen succession planning and support in creating an organisational culture with an emphasis on empowerment.
