The purpose of the Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service is develop the knowledge and competencies required for high level customer service skills: improving customer service delivery and satisfaction, team leading, attracting new customers, improving customer loyalty, gathering and analysing customer feedback, processing complaints and maintaining reliable customer service.

There are no specific entry requirements however learners should have a minimum of level two in literacy and numeracy or equivalent.

The qualification is suitable for learners of 16 years of age and above.
