Elevating LeadHERship is an interactive online workshop designed to address key transitional challenges faced by women moving into senior leadership roles.

The session explores essential themes often associated with this stage in leadership such as resetting boundaries, refreshing leadership styles and increasing visibility and authority in the organisation. Participants will gain practical insights and tools to successfully advance to
higher-level leadership positions.

■ Analyse what it takes to transition from supervision to management, including the continued shift towards a business focused mindset.
■ Reset professional boundaries and elevate leadership presence.
■ Strategise how to utilise sponsorships and strategic networks.
■ Acknowledge gendered challenges around visibility and apply models to reframe and plan steps into authority.
■ Explore decision-making beyond clear-cut choices, developing skills to navigate ambiguity.
■ Research female-led leadership frameworks and reflect on how these approaches can strengthen individual leadership styles.
