The Level 7 Senior Leader apprenticeship, awarded by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), equips current and aspiring senior leaders to:

• Gain a qualification equivalent to a Master’s degree (MBA-level)

From January 2026, government funding rules are expected to change, restricting access to learners under the age of 22 at the point of starting the programme.
