Off-the-Job Training

Off-the-job training is an essential part of every apprenticeship. It makes up 20% of an apprentice’s working hours and it can sometimes be difficult to understand what is – and isn’t – included as part of your apprentice’s off-the-job training.

Our Off-the-Job Training cheat sheet provides you with some simple steps to help determine whether an activity counts as off-the-job training.
