Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship

This fully online apprenticeship programme is designed for individuals who want to build the skills, confidence, and knowledge to manage projects across a wide range of industries – from construction and IT to finance and marketing.

As an Associate Project Manager, you’ll play a vital role in helping organisations achieve their goals by managing project scope, timelines, and stakeholder relationships. Whether you’re working in-house or for a specialist consultancy, this programme will equip you with the tools to deliver projects that make a difference.

Employers will set their own entry requirements in order to start this apprenticeship.

The minimum duration of this apprenticeship is 14 months.

The cost of your apprenticeship is fully covered, with funding arranged through your employer. The value of this apprenticeship is £7,000.

Level 4

If an apprentice is aged 16-18 and has not previously achieved the required level of English and maths, they will need to complete Functional Skills as part of their apprenticeship programme.

While Functional Skills are no longer mandatory for adult apprentices (19+), literacy and numeracy skills remain essential for success.

For those without prior English and Maths qualifications, we recommend level 1 maths and level 1 English to support career growth and workplace efficiency.

Our tailored support ensures these skills are seamlessly integrated into the apprenticeship journey, helping every apprentice develop these vital skills.

The End Point Assessment (EPA) for the Associate Project Manager includes:

• Professional discussion, underpinned by a portfolio of evidence
• Presentation with questions and answers.

This programme is designed to be delivered within a learning community to promote personal & career networking and peer collaboration.

Learners will be expected to attend online group sessions and 121 coaching sessions with their EDN Executive Coach.
